Provencal Eggs

It takes a little longer to make this scrambled egg than a plain one. The thing is, it's made with hard boiled eggs. Try it, I highly recommend it!

How to cook Provencal eggs step by step with photos

Boil, cool and peel eggs. Halve them. |

Dice onions.
|

Fry onion and garlic (optional) in butter until golden brown. |
|
Then sprinkle with flour and stir.
Pour in milk, season with salt and pepper.
|
|
Cook until it thickens, stirring continuously with a whisk. Stir in nutmeg and sour cream, then remove from heat.
|
|
Place eggs in greased baking dish. |
|
Pour over creamy sauce. |
|
Grate grated cheese and cover with top layer.
Spread slices of butter on top of cheese. |
|
Bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes at 180°С.
