  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Milk - 50 ml
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Ham - 100 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Salted cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook a puff pastry omelet with cheese and ham step by step with photos

Mix eggs with milk, flour, salt and pepper and whisk well.

Make omelette pancakes from the batter on a hot pan. Make 5 pancakes (pan 22 cm in diameter).

Grate ham, cheese and pickles on large grater. Mix the ingredients for the stuffing. For a cold appetizer you can add mayonnaise to the filling.

Slice the omelette into squares.

Assemble the snack, alternating the omelette squares and stuffing. For the hot snack (the filling should be free of mayonnaise) put in the microwave on full power for 1-1.5 minutes (the cheese should melt but not run out).
