Ingredients for Cheese snack "for a quick":

  • Cream cheese - 2 pcs
  • Carrots (boiled) - 1-2 pcs
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2-3 pcs
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Greens (any)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Nuts (any, I have walnuts)
  • Tomato - 1-2 pcs
  • Mushrooms (boil a little)
  • Bread

How to cook cheese snack "quick" step by step with photos

Process cheese, eggs, garlic, herbs in blender. If you don't have a blender, grate (cheese, eggs), chop the herbs and squeeze the garlic.

Cut the rest of the ingredients (tomatoes, mushrooms, nuts, carrots) into small cubes (it will look nicer as a snack). On a plate combine our mass of cheese + all chopped + butter (softened). Mix well until homogeneous mass. Taste (if necessary, add salt, pepper, garlic).

Take crème glasses or wide glasses, cover with cling film, so edges of the film would hang down a little.

Take our ready mass and put it in the prepared custard, making it a bit more compact.

Put a piece of bread on top (not too thick), pre-cut to the diameter of the cremancake. And a little, as though to press down. On top cover with clingfilm (just the edges, which were left hanging from the cremains). And put it in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes.

After that turn our snack on a plate (dish) with bread side down. We decorate it according to our taste. All, you can eat it. BON APPETIT!!!
