  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Black olives (pitted) - 7 units
  • Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 pc
  • Greens (any) - 1 twig.
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) - to taste
  • Salt (optional) - to taste
  • Cream cheese (full, I have Philadelphia) - 1 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce - 1 pc

How to cook a quick snack of eggs and olives step by step with photos


Boil the eggs and leave to cool. Peel and halve the eggs and remove the yolk.

Place olives in the chopper (saving them for decoration), add the egg yolks and cream cheese and whisk to a paste, but not too fussy. Season with salt, pepper and chopped herbs.

Place a lettuce leaf on a plate. Fill half of the eggs with the mass. Cut olives into small pieces and put them on top. Cut the tomato into strips (preferably without seeds), put them in the mass. Put mayonnaise in a bowl (cling film), poke a hole with a toothpick and decorate "spider web".

Decorate with dill or parsley.
