  • Onions - 2 pcs
  • Cloves - 4 pcs
  • Vinegar (wine, rice, apple) - 75 ml
  • Chicken egg - 4 units
  • Milk - 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to cook reaper omelet step by step with photos

A very easy, delicious recipe. Peel 2 onions, poke a clove in them.

Put them in a bowl, pour vinegar over them. If onions are not covered completely, add more water. Cover the bowl with a lid or cling film and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 12 hours.

The next day, remove the onions from the liquid and remove the cloves. Finely slice the onion into half rings. Heat 1 tbsp. Spoon olive oil into a frying pan and fry the onions for 15 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Set the onions aside.

Break eggs into bowl, add milk, salt and pepper.

Whisk mixture with fork until slightly frothy.

Grease a frying pan with a little olive oil, pour in the eggs and fry on one side. Place onions on one half of the omelet and cover with the other.
