Regular omelet

I've learned by trial and error how to make a non-falling omelet. The omelet is deep, delicious, high. I used to make omelets in a pan with different toppings: tomatoes, cheese, bread, sausages, mussels, shrimps, but even if they got high, when I served them they came down, and were almost flat.
Ingredients for the non-falling omelet:
-
Chicken egg
-
3 pcs
-
Milk
(quarter cup)
-
50 ml
-
Wheat flour
/
Flour
(1 teaspoon with a small spoonful)
-
3 g
-
Salt
-
1 pinch.
-
Vegetable oil
(to grease the molds)

How to cook scrambled eggs step by step with photos
|
Ingredients for the omelet: 3 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon heaped flour, cooking oil to grease the molds.
A glass microwave-safe pan or any plastic dish will do. Grease the mold with vegetable oil, using a silicone brush to spread an even, thin layer over the entire surface of the pan. |
|
To prepare: Beat the eggs and salt with a mixer on the first (minimum) speed.
Add the flour and milk and continue beating at the same speed. |
|
Pour the omelette mixture into the bowl. Cover with lid and place in microwave for 1 minute (850W). If the omelette is not ready, increase the time. The mold should be two-thirds full so that there is room for "to grow" omelette height.

Cook in the microwave in 1-3 minutes. |
