How to cook appetizer of rice and eggs step by step with photos
To make the appetizer I use boiled rice according to the instructions on the package (mixture of steamed and wild rice). |
Mix the rice mixture with shredded tuna (canned in its own juice). The proportions in the recipe are approximate. |
Chop a small onion. |
Add onion to rice-fish mixture. |
Chop a slice of seasonal pepper and add to the rice. |
Boil hard boiled chicken eggs, peel, and cut into 2 halves. Take yolk out and use in other dish. Fill egg halves with rice-fish mixture, sprinkle greens on top and decorate with olives. Cut bread into portions and place stuffed egg on top. |
