  • Chicken egg - 3 units
  • Sour cream - 3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 tablespoon
  • Crab Sticks - 5 pcs
  • Fish caviar / Caviar (Capelin caviar paste) - 3 tablespoon
  • Soft Cheese (cream cheese) - 50 g
  • Dill - 1 bunch.

How to cook roll frittata with crab filling step by step with photos

For the dough we need eggs, sour cream and flour.

Whisk eggs, add sour cream and flour and mix well. Grease a form with oil, pour the dough and bake in the oven.

Take the ready roll out of the form, immediately put it in cling film and let it cool in the film, so that the frittata is soft.

Cut the edges of the cooled omelette evenly, spread cream cheese mixed with greens.

Put chopped crab sticks on top and brush with caviar. Sprinkle with chopped dill.

Roll up tightly in clingfilm. Pack well and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
