Here is one of my favorite omelets. Characterized by tenderness and tangy flavor. And, like all my recipes, rich in vitamins and minerals, hearty, well chosen proportions (B.-У.-Ж.). A dish for 3 people. Per one person, the finished product: Protein-24.3g. Carbohydrates-26,5 g. Fat-21,3g. Calorie- 405 kcal.

Ingredients for scrambled eggs "royal":

  • Oat Flakes - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 8 units
  • Spinach (Frozen, in leaves) - 300 g
  • Raisins - 15 g
  • Olive oil - 15 g
  • Spices (ground chili)

How to cook scrambled eggs "royal" step by step with photos

Our ingredients.

Add olive oil to a heated pan, add the frozen spinach, add 100g of water and simmer under a lid over medium heat for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, separate the egg whites from the yolks (6 eggs), mix the flakes with raisins and chilies and pour 120g of hot water for 5 minutes.

Regrind the spinach with a blender.

Mix the spinach, flakes and remaining 2 eggs with a spoon.

Pour our mixture onto a greased olive oil pan. with oil and heated frying pan, keep under the lid for 5 minutes.

Since our smoothie cannot be turned over with a spatula (it will break), we flip it with a smooth and sure move "with a toss". And leave it under the lid for about 3 minutes. In the meantime whip egg whites into a froth.

And we take off on a plate our "green miracle", grease the pan and pour in the egg whites. Whisk in the egg yolk.

Remove the whites and grease the pan and pour out the egg yolk.

Put the three pieces together and serve. ENJOY!.
