Ingredients for camouflage "salvador dal" For tough eggs:

  • Chicken egg (hard-boiled - 4 pieces; raw for breading - 1 piece) - 5 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 3 pcs
  • Mashed potatoes (dry powder) - 2 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg (ground; to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (ground; to taste)
  • Olive oil (for frying) - 0.5 glass

How to cook camouflage "salvador dal" For hard-boiled eggs step by step with photos

Peel hard boiled and cooled eggs.

Dip in flour.

Crack a raw egg and whisk it with ground pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste. Dip the eggs in the resulting mixture.

Finally, roll in the mashed dry potatoes again.

In a heated frying pan (with a generous amount of vegetable oil) we evenly fry the eggs until golden brown. Better yet, use a deep fryer. Pay attention, they fry very fast!

We lay ready eggs on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.
