Peel hard boiled and cooled eggs.

Dip in flour.

Crack a raw egg and whisk it with ground pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste. Dip the eggs in the resulting mixture.

Finally, roll in the mashed dry potatoes again.

In a heated frying pan (with a generous amount of vegetable oil) we evenly fry the eggs until golden brown. Better yet, use a deep fryer. Pay attention, they fry very fast!

We lay ready eggs on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.

Serve hot or cold, by themselves or with any sauce. Have a nice meal! :-) P.S. В "recipe variants" I'm adding the one that looks similar to me.
