Salvador Dali Camouflage for Cool Eggs

Hard-boiled eggs are often left over from holiday meals. Here's a fun way to serve them quickly and prettily. Dedicated to the egg-lover, the wonderful and mysterious Salvador Dali.
Ingredients for camouflage "salvador dal" For tough eggs:

Peel hard boiled and cooled eggs. |

Dip in flour. |

Crack a raw egg and whisk it with ground pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste.
Dip the eggs in the resulting mixture. |

Finally, roll in the mashed dry potatoes again. |

In a heated frying pan (with a generous amount of vegetable oil) we evenly fry the eggs until golden brown. Better yet, use a deep fryer. Pay attention, they fry very fast! |

We lay ready eggs on a paper towel to remove the excess oil. |
