Base

  • Stuffing (Sausage Stuffing) - 400 g
  • Parsley - 10 g
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon

Stuffing

  • Chicken egg - 5 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 10 g

Breading

  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Bread crumbs / Breadcrumbs - 100 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil (For frying) - 200 ml

How to cook Scotch Egg step by step with photos


Put the eggs in boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, so the yolk stays liquid

Add minced meat, chopped parsley, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, mix everything well
