  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Breads (TM"Generous") - 2 pcs
  • Cottage cheese - 50 g
  • Rucola - 30 g
  • Salt

How to cook poached egg rolls step by step with photos


Crumble the cottage cheese with a fork if you have pressed cottage cheese. For the ТМ breads "Generous" spread the cottage cheese.

Rinccola is washed under running water, dried on a towel and spread on the bread.

In a bowl or a cup we beat an egg, beating it gently without damaging the yolk.

The boiling water in the pot should be salted and the fire should be reduced to a minimum boil. Using a spatula or a spoon, make a funnel in the water, stirring the water in a circular motion several times. Pour the egg from the bowl into this funnel, stirring the water a little so that the egg does not stick to the bottom. Cook for 2 minutes.

Spread boiled egg on toast with bread and curd cheese.

Egg may be salted and peppered to taste.
