How to cook scrambled eggs in a bun step by step with photos
Take 4 small buns, make sure the butter is soft beforehand, take small eggs, any kind of hard cheese that melts well. |
Cut the tops off the buns. Butter the bottom of the buns. |
Fill buns with sliced sausage or finely chopped brisket (I have some buns with sausage, others with brisket), you can combine sausage and brisket, or choose stuffing of your choice. |
Carefully beat egg on top of stuffing (if egg is big, drain egg white a little), salt it a little, pepper it to taste. |
Put in preheated oven up to 200 degrees. Put buns on parchment paper so they do not stick. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how fried you like your scrambled eggs. |
When white white, sprinkle buns with greens and grated cheese and bake for 5 minutes. |
Turn off the oven and let it rest for 1 minute. Serve a delicious and flavorful breakfast. Bon appetit! |
