  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese (grated (Belebey) cheese "Gouda") - 1 pinch.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (to grease a pan)
  • Salad leaves / Lettuce (Or Peking cabbage leaf) - 1 unit

How to cook poached egg and cheese step by step with photos

Separating egg yolk from egg white.

Salt the egg whites and beat them well.
