  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese (grated (Belebey) cheese "Gouda") - 1 pinch.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (to grease a pan)
  • Salad leaves / Lettuce (Or Peking cabbage leaf) - 1 unit

Separating egg yolk from egg white.

Salt the egg whites and beat them well.

Using the mold we use to fry the egg, cut out the bread. If the piece of bread is a little smaller than the mold, it can be rolled with a rolling pin. Which I did. We fry the bread in a dry pan, and if you want, you can fry it in butter.

Using a knife we pass accurately along the edge of the dish, separating the egg from it. Place a sheet of lettuce or Peking cabbage on the plate, put the fried bread on it, and top with our tender egg. That's it! Enjoy!
