How to cook egg salad as a side dish step by step with photos


Boil some eggs and chop them finely.

Chop onions finely.

Fry on vegetable oil until golden brown.

Mix and season with mayonnaise and mustard. You can add a little green onion.

I usually spread this salad on bread. This time I fried eggplants and put the salad on them. It was very tasty!
