Ingredients for the egg salad appetizer:


  • Chicken Egg (4-5 hard-boiled) - 5 pcs
  • Red onion (small) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Mustard (1 tsp.l. grainy + 1 tsp.l. regular) - 2 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise (to taste) - 2 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese (Parmesan, can be replaced with another cheese, optional, to taste) - 2 tablespoon
  • Honey (or sugar, optional, to taste) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika (pinche.) - to taste
  • Spices (salt, black pepper to taste, celery seeds to taste) - to taste

Boil eggs, shred them, Shred the onions, grate cheese, add spices, garlic (The garlic can be added to the salad or to the dressing)

Prepare dressing: combine mayonnaise and two kinds of mustard, add honey or sugar (if garlic is not added to salad, put it in dressing)
