Ingredients for snack eggs "Sprats":


  • Chicken egg - 7 pcs
  • Cream cheese (90 grams, creamy) - 1 pc
  • Sprats (160 grams) - 1 jar.
  • Green onions - 8 sprigs.
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mayonnaise (TM "Maheev") - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deviled eggs "Spratinka" step by step with photos


Hard boil eggs, cool, peel, cut in two, take yolks out.

Grate melted cheese, add the egg yolks.

Add chopped green onions.

Add the sprats (do not add the oil from the can) and mix/grind thoroughly with a fork.

Season with black pepper to taste and add mayonnaise.

Stir until smooth. Taste the filling and adjust the salt to your taste, I did not add salt. Gently fill egg cups with stuffing, sprinkle with herbs and serve!
