Eggs

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Chicken fillet (Boiled, 1 half filet) - 250 g
  • bay leaf (for boiling fillets) - 2 pcs
  • Dill (for serving)

Sauce

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Naturally juiced tomatoes (or 3-4 medium tomatoes) - 1 jar.
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Basil (dried) - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili pepper - 0.5 pcs
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook Stuffed Eggs step by step with photos


I will tell you my recipe for hard-boiled eggs. Dunk eggs in cold water. Then add salt. If an egg is cracked, thanks to the salt, the Protein will curdle quickly at the cracked surface and prevent the rest of the egg white from hard flowing out. Bring to the boil. Bring it to the boil for about 20-30 seconds.

Remove from heat and cover tightly.

Peel the eggs, cut them in half and scoop out the yolk.

Peel and dice an onion. Fry them in oil until golden.

Boiled chicken fillet is diced and sent to the bowl of a blender. Here's how to boil it better. To make the chicken fillet tasty, we pour hot water over it. In this case, on the surface of the fillet protein curdles, forming a film, so that the maximum flavor remains in the meat, add salt and bay leaf. Bring water to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat.

Make minced meat out of boiled fillets.

Season to taste with salt. Add sugar, basil, oregano.
