Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs with Avocado:


  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Avocado (ripe) - 1/2 Piece
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1 pc
  • Chili pepper (pickled) - 1/4 Piece
  • Feta - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Greens - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan - to taste
  • Cumin - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook Stuffed Egg with Avocado step by step with photos


Peel the avocado. Slice into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt. Crush with a fork

Boil an egg. Peel shells. Cut it in half lengthwise, take out the yolk and add it to avocado in bowl. Crush it with a fork. Set the egg whites aside. Stir in the spices. Finely chop tomato and chili pepper.

Crumble up the feta cheese. Stir everything well. Salt to taste.

Fill egg white halves with stuffing, season with black pepper, grate cheese. Garnish with greens.
