  • Fried chicken egg - 5 pcs
  • Onions (medium sized) - 1 pc
  • Lard (salted) - 50 g
  • Mustard (on the tip of a spoon) - to taste
  • Black pepper (black or white, ground) - to taste
  • Nutmeg (on the tip of a spoon) - to taste

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Halve hard-boiled eggs and take out the yolks.

Finely chop bacon.

Very finely chop onion.

Heat a pan and fry bacon and onion over low heat until translucent.

In a separate bowl prepare the stuffing: mash the yolks with a fork and add the batter, spices, a little mustard, season with salt, if necessary. Stuff the eggs while the stuffing is warm. Decorate according to your wish. Enjoy Enjoy!!
