Stuffed Eggs

For a variety of holiday dishes I suggest cooking deviled eggs stuffed with canned sardines.
Ingredients for stuffed eggs:

Canned fish
(sardine, 240g)

1 jar.

Carrots
(small, boiled)

1 pc
-
Semi hard cheese
-
50 g
-
Mustard
-
1 teaspoon
-
Sour cream
-
2 tablespoon
-
Soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon
-
Black pepper
-
1 pinch.
How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos

Boil Eggs "hard-boiled", Let cool, peel and halve them, then take out the yolks.
Drain the oil from the canned fish, remove the bones, and mash the fish with a fork.
Peel and grate boiled carrots. |

Add cheese and egg yolks, grated on a fine grater. |

For the dressing, mix sour cream, mustard and soy sauce.
I used a natural sauce from Kikkoman brand. |
|
Fill fish mass with sauce. Stir well.

Using a piping bag or spoon fill half the egg whites with the mixture. |
