  • Brown Rice (Misral Basmati Quinoa mix) - 25 g
  • Chicken egg - 6 units
  • Tuna - 1 can.
  • Lemon - 1/4 pc
  • Cheese curd - 0.5 jar.
  • Dill
  • Carrots (Raw) - 25 g
  • Onion - 25 g

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Boil the rice in salted water. I chose Basmati rice quinoa mix from Mistral. Boil some hard-boiled eggs.

Mix the cooked rice, grated carrot, finely diced onion, lemon juice, tuna and cottage cheese. Cut eggs in half, take yolk out.

Stuff eggs with rice and tuna mixture. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Enjoy your dinner!!!
