Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs:

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos

Boil the rice in salted water. I chose Basmati rice quinoa mix from Mistral.
Boil some hard-boiled eggs. |

Mix the cooked rice, grated carrot, finely diced onion, lemon juice, tuna and cottage cheese.
Cut eggs in half, take yolk out. |
|
Stuff eggs with rice and tuna mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped dill.
Enjoy your dinner!!! |
