  • Fried chicken egg (boiled) - 3 pcs
  • Onions (small head) - 1 pc
  • Carrot (grated) - 1 tablepoon
  • Dill (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato juice - 2 tablespoon

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Boil the eggs and put them in cold water for 10 minutes. in cold water. Slice onion, dill, Grate carrots.

Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk. Mix the yolk with chopped onion, carrot, dill, add the tomato juice.

Fill the egg halves with the mass on top. That's all. Enjoy!!!!
