I've been making these Stuffed Eggs since I was a kid. Very easy, quick, delicious. Makes them all the time for New Year's Eve. While the women are cooking, we're eating them fine and waiting for the hot. ;)

Hard boil the eggs. I boil them for about 10 minutes. I don't like half raw yolk. Take the butter out of the fridge and let it melt. Peel the garlic. All in 10 minutes.

Now for the hard part. The boiled eggs must be cooled in cold water, but not too much. It is better that the yolk is still hot, but it will be difficult to peel them. You can also cool them all the way down. But then the butter needs to be very soft. Cut the eggs in half. Egg yolk, salt (do not overdo it, it is better to add it later), butter in a bowl. (A big jug is enough for 4 eggs) Squeeze garlic through a garlic press in the same place. For those who like slices, we slice them. Cut off a piece of egg to prevent the egg half from falling down.

Mix yolks, salt, butter, garlic with a spoon until smooth. If it is too dry, add butter. It all depends on the size of the eggs. The yolks are better when they're hot. We test for salt. Take two teaspoons and fill half of the egg whites. Two is better.

Put a little mayonnaise and dill on each half. Instead of dill, red caviar works great, but then add less salt. And that's it. I usually make them for New Year's Eve. You can eat them right away, but it's better to leave them in the fridge for about 2 hours to harden the filling. В 21.30 made - at 24.00 - had a snack ;))) To be served as you see fit.
