Ingredients for stuffed eggs:


  • Fried chicken egg - 10 pcs
  • Canned fish (mackerel in oil) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (medium size) - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 1 sachet.
  • Onions (medium sized onion) - 1 pc
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Spices (to taste)

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Boil eggs, peel and cut lengthways. Carefully take out egg yolk.

Put stuffed egg yolks, canned eggs, finely grated carrots and chopped onion in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, spices and herbs to taste. Carrots are taken raw. Leave some carrots for decoration.

Mash everything with a fork.

Fill egg halves and garnish with greens or carrots on top...
