  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Dressing ("For Brine Cake" TM "MAGGI") - 2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Greens - 3 bunch.

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Prepare the products. Boil a chicken egg in salted water. Chill.

Peel the chicken egg. Cut each egg in two parts. Separate egg whites from yolks.

Place egg yolks in blender bowl. Add sour cream and dressing "For the rassolnik" "MAGGI".

Bring the mass until homogeneous.

Pour the prepared sour cream-yolk mixture into a piping bag.

Place the lettuce leaves on the plate. Lay egg whites (halves) on the lettuce leaves. Spread egg yolk mass on egg white halves. Decorate with greens and sliced cucumbers.
