How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos

Prepare the products. Boil a chicken egg in salted water. Chill. |

Peel the chicken egg. Cut each egg in two parts. Separate egg whites from yolks. |
|
Place egg yolks in blender bowl. Add sour cream and dressing "For the rassolnik" "MAGGI". |

Bring the mass until homogeneous. |

Pour the prepared sour cream-yolk mixture into a piping bag. |
|
Place the lettuce leaves on the plate. Lay egg whites (halves) on the lettuce leaves. Spread egg yolk mass on egg white halves. Decorate with greens and sliced cucumbers. |
