How to cook stuffed eggs for New Year's Egg Snack step by step with photos

To make this appetizer we bake the eggs in the oven instead of boiling them. Prepare the muffin tin: Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Pour the egg white and the yolk separately into each muffin tin.

Cover the muffin tin with foil.

Now we take a deep tray and pour boiling water into it.

The eggs will be cooked in a water bath. Put a mold in the pan with boiling water and put it in the oven. Bake at 160 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Use your oven as a guide.

While the eggs are baked fry the onions and mushrooms. Pour a little oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Shred the onion into small cubes and put them in the pan.

Add the mushrooms.

Finely chop them and add to the pan with the onions. Fry until golden brown.

Once the mushrooms and onions are cooked, golden brown, turn off the gas.

Meanwhile, take the dish with the eggs out of the oven. Check that the egg whites are cooked by pressing them with your finger.

Now gently remove the egg whites from the mold.

Then take out the egg yolks and put them in a bowl.

Crush the yolks with a fork.

Grate salty cucumber into small cubes and add to the yolks.

Add fried mushrooms and onions.

Now add the mayonnaise and mustard.

Salt the mixture to taste, sprinkle with ground black pepper, add garlic powder.

Mix well. Be sure to taste the stuffing to make sure all ingredients are in moderation.

Place the filling in a piping bag.

On the prepared base of protein, press the filling on top.

Sprinkle appetizer with sweet paprika. Garnish with greens if desired.

Enjoy!!
