Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs :


  • Chicken egg - 6 pcs
  • Champignons (2-3 large mushrooms) - 100 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman TM) - 1.5 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1.5...2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook stuffed eggs "buffet" step by step with photos


Prepare the products. Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut them in half and scoop out the yolks.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and sauté in butter. Season with salt and pepper in the process.

Mix egg yolks, onion and mushrooms, soy sauce and mayonnaise. Stir to combine.

Fill halves of egg whites with stuffing. Decorate as you like.
