Stuffed Eggs My Favorite

Stuffed eggs come in so many different fillings, one of our favorites is herring, potatoes and apple. They are very tasty and go down like hotcakes in a jiffy!.
Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs "favorites":

Herring
(Boneless fillet)

Dill

6 sprigs.

Sour cream

2 tablespoon

Lemon
(1 slice)

Salt
(To taste)

Black pepper

How to cook stuffed eggs "favorites" step by step with photos

Cut onions into small cubes. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and add boiling water. Add lemon slices to the bowl. Leave it for 10 minutes. |

Dice potatoes. Dice potatoes into a bowl. |

Peel and core an apple and cut into small cubes. Add to the bowl with the potatoes. |

Cut herring fillets into small cubes. Pour into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. |

Drain, remove lemon slice and add onion to the bowl. Cut the eggs in half, gently scoop out the yolk. Dice egg yolk and put it in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
