Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs "fires":


  • Fried Chicken Eggs (Boiled) - 4 pcs
  • Ham - 70 g
  • Hard cheese - 30 g
  • Green onion - 0.5 bunch.
  • Sweet red pepper (1/4 piece)
  • Sweet yellow pepper (1/4 pc.)
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Black pepper (To taste)

How to cook stuffed eggs step by step with photos


Peel and cut the eggs in half. Carefully take out the egg yolks and mix them in a bowl.

Cut the ham into small cubes. Add to the bowl with the egg yolks.

Finely chop onion and add to bowl. Add mayonnaise. Grate cheese on large grater and add it to the mass. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well and fill egg halves.

Cut red and yellow peppers into small cubes and sprinkle on top of the eggs, pressing them down a little.
