Stuffed Eggs Tuna in Pistachios

We have a testicle dish today..! Stuffed with fish and the gifts of the birds..! ♪ Who doesn't love a good snack ♪..??, ♪ And have a good time ♪..! ♪ I've got a recipe that's simple and easy ♪..! ¶ For there's nothing like an appetizer ¶..! ♪ And as always at the beginning of a feast ♪.., It's the first appetizer that opens the table..!!
Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs "tuna in pistachios":
- Tuna (canned tuna in oil (1 b.)) - 200 g
- Hollandaise cheese (50-60 g of any hard, semi-hard cheese.) - 50 g
- Onion (medium) - 1 pc
- Chicken egg (6-8-10 pcs.) - 8 units
- Dill ( to taste) - 0.5 bunch.
- Pistachios (for breading) - 150 g
- Mayonnaise (to taste, for dressing) - 2 tablespoon
How to cook stuffed eggs "tuna in pistachios" step by step with photos

Boil eggs, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks. ( knead the yolks with a fork)., Crush tuna with a fork ( drain oil)., finely chop onion and dill., Grate cheese on a fine grater. |

Chop pistachios with blender. |

Mix eggs, onion, dill and cheese, dress with mayonnaise. |

Roll into balls and cover them in pistachio powder. ( soak hands in water). Dip the balls into the egg halves. ( with toast of black bread, it's delicious too! ) |
