Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs "tuna in pistachios":

  • Tuna (canned tuna in oil (1 b.)) - 200 g
  • Hollandaise cheese (50-60 g of any hard, semi-hard cheese.) - 50 g
  • Onion (medium) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg (6-8-10 pcs.) - 8 units
  • Dill ( to taste) - 0.5 bunch.
  • Pistachios (for breading) - 150 g
  • Mayonnaise (to taste, for dressing) - 2 tablespoon

How to cook stuffed eggs "tuna in pistachios" step by step with photos


Boil eggs, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks. ( knead the yolks with a fork)., Crush tuna with a fork ( drain oil)., finely chop onion and dill., Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Chop pistachios with blender.

Mix eggs, onion, dill and cheese, dress with mayonnaise.

Roll into balls and cover them in pistachio powder. ( soak hands in water). Dip the balls into the egg halves. ( with toast of black bread, it's delicious too! )
