Main

  • Eggs - 8 pcs
  • breadcrumbs / Breadcrumbs - 1/2 glass
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 1 glass

Sauce

  • Sausage (Any kind of sausage, you can substitute smoked chicken breast) - 100 g
  • Salt (to taste) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2.5 tablespoon
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg (ground, to taste) - 0.5 teaspoon

How to cook stuffed eggs in breadcrumbs step by step with photos


Prepare main ingredients for dish. Boil 6 eggs in salted water for 15 minutes, then cool and peel them.

To prepare the sauce: warm milk, you can do it in the microwave. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, fry the flour in it. Add the hot milk in batches to the pan, whisking the mixture with a whisk and bring it to the boil. The consistency of the sauce should be similar to liquid sour cream. Season the sauce with salt, add nutmeg to taste.

Chop the sausage, which in my case is carbonate, and mix with the sauce in the pan.

Halve the cooled peeled eggs and separate the yolk.

Prepare the filling: chop the hard-boiled egg yolks and mix with the sauce. Fill halves of egg whites with stuffing and put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes to let the sauce harden. This will make it easier to bread the eggs.

Beat remaining 2 raw eggs with a whisk, you can season with salt and pepper to taste. Dip stuffed eggs into egg mixture and gently bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, fry the eggs until golden brown, then place them on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Serve this dish hot. Enjoy!
