Ingredients for stuffed eggs with green peas:

  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs
  • Onions - 0,5 pcs
  • Cheese curd - 2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Green peas (TM Frau Marta) - 5 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper (to taste) - 1 pinch.
  • Greens (for decoration) - 1 twig.
  • Ghee (for frying onions) - 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard (French (for decoration)) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook Stuffed Eggs with Green Peas step by step with photos

Prepare all needed ingredients. Here we go. Boil the eggs.

Peel and rinse the onions, cut them into half rings, put them in a frying pan and parboil them for 2 minutes, stirring regularly until golden brown.

Next, divide the eggs in half and set whites aside. In the blender bowl combine the yolks, green peas, cottage cheese, sour cream and fried onions. Grind until smooth.

Then add soy sauce, salt and pepper (to taste) and stir to combine.

Place the pastry in a piping bag with a nozzle. Fill the middles with egg whites.

Garnish with herbs and French mustard!
