Stuffed Eggs with Ham and Green

Ingredients for stuffed eggs with ham and greens:

(When boiling eggs, calculate that one egg is two halves, which means two appetizers!)

How to cook stuffed eggs with ham and greens step by step with photos

1. Hard boil the eggs, let them cool and very carefully (!) cut them in two halves.
2. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and put them in a separate bowl.
3. Finely chop the ham and spring onions. Grate the cheese. Add them to the egg yolks. |

4. Add mayonnaise and mix together.
5. Spoon the stuffing into the egg yolk halves and decorate with greenery!
You can add salt and garlic to taste. |
