I've looked through recipes for stuffed eggs, but I can't find any. This recipe is economical. I've tried many stuffed eggs with different fillings but I like this one with a spicy twist the best, you should try it!

  • Chicken egg - 4 pieces
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Mustard - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greens

How to cook eggs stuffed with onions step by step with photos


Boil, peel, halve and dissect the eggs.

Separate egg yolks from egg whites.

Shred the egg yolks. Very finely chop onion, fry in vegetable oil. Remove excess oil from onion. Mix yolks, onions, mustard, salt, dress with mayonnaise.

Fill egg whites.

Sprinkle with greens. Done!
