- Onion - 150 g

- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- White pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
- Chicken egg (boiled) - 6 pcs

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, dice onions and put them in a heated frying pan with olive oil and butter. Fry until golden brown. Add finely chopped boiled mushrooms, season with salt and fry a little more. |
