  • Onion - 150 g
  • Mushrooms (dried boiled) - 60 g
  • Olive oil - 1 tablepoon
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • White pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 6 pcs

Grate carrots on a coarse grater, dice onions and put them in a heated frying pan with olive oil and butter. Fry until golden brown. Add finely chopped boiled mushrooms, season with salt and fry a little more.

Peel eggs and halve them, take out the yolks, rub them on a fine grater and add to the cooled frying, Add mayonnaise.
