This is not a recipe, but rather a way to serve stuffed eggs. I had this idea a long time ago in the mid 80's in a magazine, I loved it. That's all I've been serving ever since, but I've added a little bit of my own. You can have any filling you want, it's your taste and imagination. I will show you three of my fillings.

How to cook stuffed eggs "Holiday" step by step with photos

Hard boil the eggs and leave to cool. Peel them in half. Use a sharp knife to cut off the lid. Using a small spoon, carefully scoop out the egg yolk. Protein scraps aren't needed any more (when we make a holiday table we'll just dice it into some salad or decorations). Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, add pepper and salt if needed. Divide the egg yolk mass into three parts according to the number of eggs.
