Cooked Poached Eggs

Nutritional Value

I have left over from making sushi (or sushi?) smoked chum salmon and some cooked shrimp in brine. This is what I call a snack.

No America. Just a nice and tender combination of fish and eggs. In place of the salad, here's another version of the stuffing. Pick the fish carefully to remove the bones. Chum salmon is not as pink as pink salmon, and it tastes different. We like it.

Boil the eggs, cut them in half, mix the yolks with the fish, finely chopped green onions. Add mayonnaise for tenderness.

Fill egg halves, put shrimps on top. I put more of them, it tastes better that way.
