  • Spaghetti - 50 g
  • Sausage (boiled) - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Potatoes (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Green peas (canned) - 5 tablespoon
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • Champignons (boiled) - 200 g
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Hollandaise cheese (grated) - 50 g
  • Chicken egg - 5 units
  • Salt (to taste) - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper (ground to taste) - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Greens (to taste) - 1 bunch.

How to cook scrambled eggs "Sunday" step by step with photos


Slice the bacon and fry until golden brown. Add cubes of sausage, half-cut onion and mushroom slices to the melted bacon. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add cubes of cooked potatoes, peas and peppers, fried separately. Season with salt and pepper and simmer gently.

Pour the beaten eggs into another pan with melted butter. Put cooked mixture on top of them.
