Ingredients for tortilla roll with omelettes "Sunday":

  • Scone (tortilla) - 2 pcs
  • Cream cheese - 30 g
  • Chicken egg - 4 units
  • Milk - 0,5 glass
  • Soy sauce (Light TM Kikkoman) - 1 tablespoon
  • Trout (filet, lightly salted or fresh) - 50 g
  • Greens - to taste

How to cook tortilla roll with omelette "Sunday" step by step with photos

Mix eggs with soy sauce and milk;

Dice the trout;

Add the trout to the eggs, stir and fry the omelette in a pan of a suitable diameter for the tortilla; Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of the omelet; Let the ready omelette cool;

Grease the tortillas with cream cheese;

After making sure the omelet is well out of the bottom with a spatula, cover the omelet with the greased side down and flip the pan to the surface;

Cover the omelet with the second tortilla with the greased side down and wrap everything tightly in a roll; Wrap the roll tightly in foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour;

Take the roll out of the foil and cut into portions; Enjoy!
