Ingredients for snack "Thai-Korean motif":

  • Chicken egg - 5-6 pcs
  • Onion (large) - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Hot red pepper (bitter) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 70-80 ml
  • Soy sauce - 6 tablespoon
  • Seasoning (for carrots "Korean") - 2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar (apple or wine vinegar) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Parsley - 1 bunch.
  • Mustard (cooked) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - to taste

How to cook appetizer "Thai-Korean motif" step by step with photos

Shred the onion, grate the garlic, finely chop the hot red peppers and stir to combine. Heat oil in a pan and lightly simmer our mixture.

Add carrot spice as soon as the onions start to get translucent "Korean" and add 1 tbsp. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, stir and stew for 3 to 4 minutes more.

Then we put the hot mass on a paper towel with a slotted screw to soak up the excess oil.

To boil and peel eggs, and fry a little in the same oil.

Then put them on a paper towel to cool them down.

Cut the cooled eggs into four pieces and put them on a plate. (I put them on two flat plates)

Top the eggs with the onion mixture, letting the tips of the eggs peek out a little.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Then pour the sauce on top: mix 5 tbsp of soy sauce with the apple and. l soy sauce, apple or wine vinegar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and 1/2 tsp. Tbsp cooked mustard.
