Tulip appetizer

Spring is coming! The sun is shining! Drip from the roof!
And I already have tulips blooming on my table!
Ingredients for appetizer "tulip":

Lettuce leaves

How to cook appetizer "tulip" step by step with photos

Prepare foods. Grill carrots, liver, onion. |

Cut tulip cups out of eggs. Dye in beet juice. |

Stuff with carrot, liver and onion mixture. |
|
Spread on the lettuce leaf, sprinkle with egg yolk on top.
