Ingredients for appetizer "tulip":


  • Chicken Egg (boiled) - 4 pcs
  • Beef liver - 40 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce (green, a couple of leaves)

How to cook appetizer "tulip" step by step with photos


Prepare foods. Grill carrots, liver, onion.

Cut tulip cups out of eggs. Dye in beet juice.

Stuff with carrot, liver and onion mixture.

Spread on the lettuce leaf, sprinkle with egg yolk on top. ENJOY!!!!!!!
