Making poached eggs. Pour into a 3 cm saucepan. of water, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, boil. Crack an egg into a bowl or cup. Spoon water into the pot, swirl it around and gently pour the egg into the middle. Turn down the heat so it doesn't boil over too much. Immediately spoon the egg whites toward the center, covering the yolk. You can press the egg against the side of the pan. Cook for 3 minutes.

Wash and dry parsley and mint. Snip off leaves and finely chop. You can use any herbs, but don't neglect mint - it would fit in here very well.

Spoon the hard-boiled egg onto a napkin. Boil other eggs in the same way.

Add pressed garlic to Greek yogurt at room temperature.

Stir in the herbs. A little salt can be added to taste.

Melt butter and olive oil in a pan. When the butter begins to bubble, add paprika.

Spread the yogurt mixture onto two plates. Place poached eggs on top.

The cottage cheese and greens are a wonderful addition to the dish.

Drizzle flavored butter on top.
