Warm Egg Salad

Egg Salads are very filling, hearty, tasty, homey and comforting. Here is a variant. Quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients for warm egg salad:

How to cook warm egg salad step by step with photos

Boil the eggs until tender. |
|
While the eggs are boiling, wash the celery, peel off the tough top layer if necessary, and finely chop. |
|
Chop parsley, onion. Cut the capers in half or in 4 pieces if they are large. |
|
Mix yogurt, soy sauce (Kikkoman light) and curry separately. |
|
Cut bacon slices into small pieces, put them on a frying pan and fry for 5-6 minutes. |
|
Slightly cool boiled eggs, peel and chop them at once. (while they are hot) |
|
Mix eggs, chopped celery, shredded herbs and capers. Dress the salad with a mixture of yogurt, soy sauce and curry. |
|
It is very convenient and delicious to serve this salad on slices of black bread, croutons or toast, sprinkled with warm fried bacon. |
