A Great Snack

Continuing the theme "Thursday is Fish Day!", Here is one simple snack I would like to propose. Recipe taken from the same magazine as the theme "Fish Day". Enjoy!!
Ingredients for "great snack":

Salmon
(or trout, lightly salted)

300 g

Cheese
(fat)
-
350 g
-
Sour cream
(if cottage cheese is firm)
-
3 tablespoon
-
Dill
(fresh)
-
1 bunch.

Black pepper
(ground, to taste)
-
Lemon
(as desired)
How to cook "great snack" step by step with photos

We need this small amount of stuff for this appetizer =)) |

Chop small dill. |

Pepper and add dill to the cottage cheese (add sour cream if anyone needs it). |
|
Knead everything together thoroughly. |
|
Line the sides of the mold with clingfilm. |
|
Then line the bottom and walls with thin slices of fish. |
|
Put cottage cheese on top and cover again with fish foil. Chill for the night. |
|
Place on a platter. Turn it upside down, remove the cling film. Garnish according to your taste and preference
|
