Ingredients for "great snack":


  • Salmon (or trout, lightly salted) - 300 g
  • Cheese (fat) - 350 g
  • Sour cream (if cottage cheese is firm) - 3 tablespoon
  • Dill (fresh) - 1 bunch.
  • Black pepper (ground, to taste)
  • Lemon (as desired)

How to cook "great snack" step by step with photos


We need this small amount of stuff for this appetizer =))

Chop small dill.

Pepper and add dill to the cottage cheese (add sour cream if anyone needs it).

Knead everything together thoroughly.

Line the sides of the mold with clingfilm.

Then line the bottom and walls with thin slices of fish.

Put cottage cheese on top and cover again with fish foil. Chill for the night.

Place on a platter. Turn it upside down, remove the cling film. Garnish according to your taste and preference
