How to cook royal fish treat step by step with photos

Defrost vegetables, lightly sauté in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. |

Add an unpeeled tomato to the vegetables. Add the parsley. |

Gut the fish without cutting the stomach.
Rinse well. Cut along the backbone with a sharp knife. Remove the backbone.
Place the fish on its belly. Salt and pepper inside. Place vegetables inside the fish. Bake at 200° for about 30 minutes.

Marinate the shrimp in soy sauce, wine vinegar, olive oil, fish seasoning, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. I take the proportions by eye according to my taste.
Fry the fish in the butter for a couple of minutes on each side.
Place the fish on a big platter.
Garnish with the salad leaves.
Arrange the shrimp on the leaves.
Garnish with lemon slices.
