  • Pickled Cucumber - 4 units
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Chili pepper - 0,5 pcs
  • Breads (TM "Generous" rye, thin) - 50 g
  • Sprats - 0,5 jar.
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Parsley - 6 sprigs.

How to cook delicious appetizer in minutes step by step with photos


1. Preparation Products.

2. Fry chopped garlic and hot red peppers in hot oil. Then remove the pepper and garlic.

3. Fry peeled and chopped onion in the garlic oil.

4. Grate pickles on a coarse grater.

5. Mix the cucumbers with the dressing and chill.
