An appetizer of mussels and salami

An easy, quick snack that's perfect to brighten up the long wait for kebabs. So, pour what you like and enjoy!

I have to mention that the weight of the mussels doesn't include the liquid. So, we marinate mussels in soy and oyster sauce for half an hour. I use Blue Dragon sauces. |

Then we take a piece of salami and wrap 2 mussels in it. First pierce the outside edge of the sausage with a toothpick. |

Then we pierce the second edge from outside and put the toothpick down perpendicular to the floor. |

We barbecue them, literally, for several seconds on each side. If there are a lot of people at the picnic, it is more convenient to do it by putting the snack on the grill, which is closed on top. |
