Ingredients for the appetizer with sprats and fresh cucumber:

  • Sprats - 1 jar.
  • Chicken Egg (boiled hard-boiled) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Potatoes (boiled in jacket) - 50 g
  • Cucumber (fresh) - 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper (freshly ground) - to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dill - to taste

How to cook Sprats and Fresh Cucumber Snack step by step with photos

Grate boiled egg, potatoes and cheese on a fine grater. Chop the dill.

Mix a pinch of salt (if desired), ground pepper, crushed garlic and dress with mayonnaise.

Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into thin slices. Use a teaspoon to put the stuffing on the edge of the cucumber strips. Put one fish on top of the stuffing. Sprats should preferably be small in size. If the fish are too big, you can cut them off.

Roll up carefully and secure with a skewer. Decorate with greens.
