Ingredients for snack "rejuvenating apples":


  • Mushrooms - 1 jar.
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Lemon juice - 1 pc
  • Salt (spices to taste)
  • Lettuce leaves / Lettuce (parsley greens)
  • Salmon (lightly salted ) - 200 g

How to cook appetizer "rejuvenating apples" step by step with photos


Finely chop the mushrooms, grate the eggs, finely chop the onion and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Cut the fish into slices, put 1 teaspoon of the salad and wrap it.

Place apples on lettuce and garnish with parsley.
